Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

While we take the utmost care in processing and shipping, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong style, size, color, quantity, or functionality), please notify us immediately at luxeithomes@gmail.com.

  • Claims must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • We recommend inspecting your items upon delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Once reported, our quality control team will review your request. If validated, we will arrange a repair or replacement.

  • In case of refund applicable, refund will be processed within 7 working days, after receiving the Refund request.
     
  • LuxeIt Homes will handle the return pick-up and deliver the replacement at no extra cost.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
